I don`t say that NAB has done some corruption in this process, but I will say that something was not right i.e. qualification, background, experience.
First thing to do is go to a good psychiatrist because i think this trend of such tests is only going to grow in the future better prepare ourself. (As they say mai pagal nai ho)

Trying is better than nothing. I wish you best of luck. As me too having higher marks, A+ academic background, with experience is declared a mental case by NAB. So I am afraid court will not accept my case on the ground that I am mentally unsound person

Your intentions are noble but you face an uphill task. Process of justice is slow and grinds to a standstill if you move against organization like NAB. Anyway Good Luck.

Yup, I think when the qualifiers will wake up tomorrow and see our posts they will laugh
I think I am not failed in Psycho. I never checked through sources because I was very much sure, but tomorrow I will make a personal call definitely to know what was the game plan.

Some points you have already mentioned.
This was not the type of test to decided major designation like Ad, DD.
Psycho test was such that anyone can dodge, No face to face judgement.
NAB is calling too low candidates per seat in interview.
When they they have decided the higher cut off marks, what was the need of calling low scoring candidates in the psycho test.
And there is no base given for candidates selected, like they mentioned preference (either law graduates, or position holders) and for rejected too.
