Yar No one can be certain about it. Logically esa kuch nahi huwa. Since Establishment Division has been made the party and our our Litigation Wing is working on it to agar esa kuch hota to hamaray pas information ani chahiye thi so that we close the case but yet we have no information about it after that. But I am no expert on legal matters so can't be certain. Confirm ho ga kisi esay banday say jo IHC main ho. 80-90% chances yehi hain ke esa nahi huwa according to my limited knowledge. Hope some other member may throw some light on it. However the news of stay is 100% authentic.

Sure. The applicants have raised many issues but the main issue which is mentioned in the judgment is that "According to NAB rules, Establishment Division should be consulted before recruitment process but this is not done." According to IHC this issue needs consideration and then they ordered the stay, asking NAB to file comments so that a date may be fixed.

The grievance of NAB employees is that they want their promotion before direct appointment. However, the important thing is that there are 141 seats of Assistant Director and only 12 JIO's who should be promoted according to the applicants. So still 129 seats would be left for us. This is not a big issue which can't be settled. May be it is settled as people are saying, but no information about it has been conveyed to our Division as per my knowledge which should legally be as I've explained before.

Yeah. Gotta take legal opinion on that. What you are saying is possible though. But I have explained my opinion (personal not legal) and its reason in my previous posts. Let us hope for the best.
