No brother. You are wrong. Appointment cannot be made against the posts advertised. Ban is imposed with immediate effect. There are still chances for issuance of call letters if NAB being independent organization is not bound to obey the orders of election commission. Any idea.....?

People are taking it wrong as far as I guess. There are great chances that depression or anti depressant pills pushed him to take this extreme step. NAB employees might think that the anxiety killed him and the reason is chairman NAB, who didn't consider his request for nomination of another Senior enquiry officer to deal the issue. This issue has nothing to do with recruitment.

bhayi ban was once imposed for one year in august 2012 by the supreme court but this process carried on bcz ban was on new announcements not appointments

Several thousand posts have been announced, advertised, created, transferred, renamed, cancelled and made permanent since August 2012. Similarly, several hundred appointments have since been made. I doubt above info. All I know is that there was ban imposed by Supreme Court on extension of service after superannuation or contract appointment of retired employees against permanent posts. Posts in projects were exempted.
