Dont just decide. Try to get info about it. They say any one leavin before 5 years will have to pay for the expenses incurred by NAB. if they are not much then its not a big deal :p

Pay scale is the main question right now. Me too in confused state, whether to resign or not.

Alhamdulillah got selected.

Merit no. 49 JIO.. and yes worried about the accommodation but more worried about the upcoming CSS exams rite now

pay for 16 grade is 25,26 k. nab allowance and field allowance excluded. dont know how much is increased by these allowances.

i think we should contact them on the numbers given in the instruction and ask them regarding the salary packages and provision of salary during the training.

There is no information whether they will pay us full or half of the salary during training. Further, I don't know the salary (perks and privileges inclusive) of JIO.
