certificate is issued by board or relevant hospital? What exactly is the purpose of the board? Do we need to submit our medical tests to board or MS of relevant hospital? How much time is spent on this whole process?
What are the standards to be followed in the medical examination?

If anyone know that the surety bond is to be printed on stamp paper of worth how much then kindly guide us.

Bro don't worry about this. Weight will have no effect. These tests are usually required to prevent patients of hepatitis B/C, T.B e.t.c because these diseases spread easily and other people get the infection interacting with them.
Chest xray, a urine test and 2-3 blood tests are all that are required.

Only acceptance letter is to be sent till 29th july or we have to attach the medical check up result and surety bond etc as well? please guide

I am very disappointed after reading the offer letter for DD (BPS 18 NAB) and my analysis is as follows:

1. NO PARENTS MEDICAL IN NAB:

2. PURELY TEMPORARY JOB AND NO CLAIM FOR PERMANENT POST IN NAB:

NAB advertised jobs as temporary LIKELY TO BE PERMANENT but in their offer letter for DD (BPS-18) strict wording is used and clearly mentioned that it is a purely temporary post.

3. Basic pay is very low Rs.25940/-

No mention of allowances, bonuses, house hiring etc. its like offering job as outsource employee or a 3rd party employee

4. Minimum 7 years in BPS 18 for promotion to next cadre BPS-19 as per NAB service rules:

This period is very long. In my current Govt. job, promotions become due every three years.

5. Relocation cost:
No TA/DA is admissible on joining. This is a very rude attitude. There was a requirement of 5 years in BPS17 as advertised and we went through vigorous recruitment process including written tests, interviews etc but they dont even mention what will be our accommodation. What about family and all. House hiring allowance is very low and that too after submitting rent agreement and payment will be made by nab in the name of landlord. Thats very disappointing and if we avail house allowance then we wont get conveyance allowance. Obviously many DD selected will be married how will they manage 7 months training without wife n kids living far from islamabad.

6. Medical on reimbursement basis
Medical facility for self spouse and kids will be on reimbursement basis. This is again very saddening. There should be panel hospitals for NAB. How we will arrange cash in case of GOD FORBID any emergency for hospitalization and incase of big amount it will be reimbursed from islamabad where we will have to wait for months for getting the reimbursed amount.

7. Only ONE ADVANTAGE I SEE:
BHARUM / POWER / AUTHORITY/ EXPOSUE / ADDRESSING HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS/ POWER TO DETAIN / RECOVERY COMMISSIONS /
HOWEVER, for a shareef guy who wont accept under the table offers and who keeps to his work POWER/ AUTHOIRTY/ BHARUM dont give much

I still want to join but keeping in view above realities i am not joining. I cannot be over-patriotic / over enthusiatic if this is what they r offering IN WRITTEN. I can servce PAKISTAN at other places as well with HONESTY.

REGARDS

Other small objections that i find are as follows:

Probation for minimum 1 year or which may extend to 2 years or further till verification of character etc. This is very rude. All organizations have max 1 year probation which is enough to know the character of an employee. Why such strict wordings in offer letter.

Termination of service without assigning reason. This is again very strict wording and out of context. When NAB required BPS-17 5 years experience for DD Post then why such wordings in offer letter. How can they terminate us without assigning reason. Are they hiring clerks / messengers / 3rd party outsource employees or Deputy Directors.

No mentioning of appraisals / bonuses and merely left on NAB service rules. if we are temporary how we know which rules will apply to us.

Cant rely on oral talks.

Already mentioned in detail. Only medical board and they issue certificate on the same day when board is scheduled. Even, it is possible different camp hospitals can follow different protocols.

What if some one has week eye sight or is over/ under weight?
Fresh eye sight checkup from any eye specialist is also required by candidates besides blood tests etc.

Undertaking of surety bond can be printed in Rs. 50/- stamps.

At this stage only acceptance letter is required to be submitted. Better attach a copy of your offer letter as well.

sir,you presented very true and realistic picture of all scenario in your posts.these are the real facts which i also appreheneded in my previous posts,but some friends are very adament to not agree with.however,its up to them.i only think that how can we leave our well permanent jobs for purely temporary one's also with no safety of job...?

In offer letter the first condition is as:
(i) You will draw pay in the basic pay scale - 17 (Rs.20,680 - 1,555 - 51,780)

Well 20,680 is basic pay but what is 1,555 and 51,780???
Please elaborate.

1,555 is the annual increment in accordance with the revised pay scale 2015 for an employee serving in BPS-17 and 51,780 is the highest basic pay possible in BPS-17 after its 20th stage.
