Domicile doesn't matter.. You can make it anywhere

Else its not necessary to have medical certificate from respective district rather it may be from any govt Hosp...

Names are not highlighted but the table is highlighted there in the list that i was downloaded from web. Well leave it i haven't applied for preventive.
