how we can check from SC website today cases progess???

supreme court ki website pe ja kr online case status pe clik kro next jo page aye ga os me case number aur js year case hoa wo year likh k submit kro status bta dy ga.... employees ka case no. H.R.C 48012-P /2010 ha

Ap khud he keh rahe ho ke wakeel paish he nai hoye...new date after 2 weeks.

NCBMS saying this from last three month. They were also saying 1st week of february for issuance of letter very confidently from last month. But now they are again turning from their statement.

Please share your information whether it is positive or negative....Before this you have written long assumption and logics for giving hopes to all fellow members. If you have any information please share.

i also asked ncbms whether we should forget about those jobs or there is any hope.the answer was we conducted test n interview all over pakistan n its not possible that eobi wont do anything.

Yesterday 28/01/2013 was court hearing for the case of EOBI. As per my information court did pending this case and did reserve the date means they did office order which means case will be re hear but when SC will decide. It can be before the election or it can be after the elections. If they do decide the date after the elections then as per my information and my idea these vacancies can be windrow.
So I have request for all the Interviewees kindly do something we can sue against the case. We can make reason what is our mistake those have been selected and have been passed the interview. So kindly contact with me or tell me the suggestion what we can do for our right?

(I am too much busy in the preparation of CE-2013 like many of you, hence have been absent from this forum). No negative news I have heard at all Oar unfortunately koi positive movement bhi mere ilm me nhi aai jo yahan share kr skun. Just we are waiting for the good news. I had earlier stated that supreme court issue was the major issue but amidst December a hope was heard bypassing the appellate court stay order and after the caution of Mr Gondal to HR deptt, No other movement have been shared by any of us. Delay Delay Delay…….Oar recent meeting of the president has unanimously decided to resolve NA before march 15.Election at most May ya June me demand kiay ja rahay hain.New Govt k working position me aatay aatay near about more than 6 months lg jaen gay. Next Govt kon c hogi, kya krti hy? We are unable to predict.
Our fellow member umairkhalid has submitted a good opinion (Request for EOBI Interviewees against the SC Hearing at 28/01/2013). we should not ignore it, I would say.
We all should submit our opinion. Difference of opinion is encouraged and none of us should mind (at least I would never mind if any fellow opposes my opinion). But I think we can’t sue against the case( ek to wo stay hi supreme court ka hay jis ko hm challenge nhi kr sktay, oar 2ndly supreme court me case file krnay me laakho rupay khrch hote hain jo hm sb contribute bhi nhi kr sktay oar hm me se koi itna time bhi sacrifice nhi kre gi/ga). Meri opinion hay k hm sb ko Humble request submit krni chahaey through applications to important authorities( Chief justice, Concerned ministry,Chairman Gondal, President, Prime minister and CEC). Each of us should send application to these authorities separately via registered post or courier service stating that we have been suffering from too much confusion for more than one year( since Nov 3, 2011). But it is my opinion only,,, You are encouraged to express difference of opinion whatsoever without any prejudice. Difference of opinion se wo aspects disclose hotay hain jo otherwise we are not considering. All fellow members are requested to submit their suggestions please.

I have come to know that EOBI will take decision within 2 or 3 days without waiting the SC hearing through an EOBI employee. He also told me that letter will be issued before SC hearing. Please you people also confirm this from your sources specialy from HR and share your information.
