Thanks a lot nida. i also got confirmation from HR that there is no news of cancellation but delay is due to SC.
Once again i want to mention that NCBMS is quite confident for the end of JAnuary.

Don't get confused from today's jang newspaper news. Nhi rukti appointments inshaALLAH. In fact anita turab had filed a case in supreme court regarding protection of civil servants and showed her apprehensions on merit in new appointments.But jb tk hme clear cut refusal nhi mil jati, hm kisi apprehension ki base per hope lose nhi kr sktay.We trust in ALLAH.
Oar Chairman ki trf se cancellation ki suggestion nhi aai. He is the only person who is in attempt to enhance the staff.
In my opinion, appointments would be made by the existing govt inshaALLAH. On 18th march , charge of the govt is going to be transferred to caretaker Govt. and existing govt. would like to complete the recruitment within its tenure, I think. In fact, Chairman doesn’t want to be exposed before media. He has always been concealing the fact from media since the start of this recruitment process. Fresh recruitment me ab tk jitni advancement huwi hy wo Gondal sb ki efforts se hi huwi hy.( Director HR would do what he would receive from the chairman). chairman ne media ko ye statement bhi di thi k shortage of staff hay oar new appointment ki zroorat hy. But April 2012 me jb corruption in EOBI was being discussed even in National Assembly, Chairman Gondal showed to media his irrelevance from recruitment. Jesa k newspaper me published hay.( when approached on telephone, vehemently denied recruitment was being done in the department.“Which 400 people,” Zafar Gondal asked.) oar jb unko November 2011 ki advertisement ka btaya geya to (he replied, “That was. It’s no more, gentleman.”).

( Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain, Federal Minister for Human Resource Development appreciated the achievements of the EOBI.
The Minister directed the Chairman to take all possible and necessary actions in order to provide relief to left-out workers. Chairman EOBI Zafar Iqbal Gondal briefed the Minister on the objectives and performance of EOBI,.
He further said, The staff shortage is hampering the performance of Institution since most of our activities are human resource intensive, such as registration of workers, recovery of stuck up dues from employers and owners of the companies/ departments and monitoring of factories and business firms to ascertain the records of employees .)

For this purpose, we have planned to open offices in all the districts, Mr. Gondal said and added that only then, the EOBI would be in a position to increase the number of registered workers and raise revenue, he added. Apart from this, dozens of companies have moved the courts against the welfare organisation when the latter demanded registration of workers for EOBI pensions.)))
Recruitment ki zroorat hay. Oar existing Government would not like to handover the CREDIT to next Govt. I think Appointment zroor ho gi. Mr. Gondal has suggested to delay the appointment due to some reason and Hope within few days ,Gondal would be able to allow appointments inshaALLAH. Some of our fellows are saying that situation will be clear on 23 January. Hope for the best.
