I didn't join khushab job due to its low scale,,,,,it was the post of junior assistant having scale of SPS-4,,,,
As for as nescom is concern,,,,yes, it was walk in test/interview....
On same day, i took two tests,,,1 for AM Finance and the detail of second one has been discussed afore...

It usually takes them 3-4 months to dispatch security letters, in NORMAL cases.

Dear please share psychological interview/test experience.

Psychological test had three sections. The first one was an English based test to judge applicant's character and behavior. It had questions like that:
1. Do you think you are lucky?
Options : strongly agree, agree, neutral,disagree, strongly disagree.
2. When I'm in anger, I shout and break things.
Options : strongly agree, agree, neutral,disagree, strongly disagree.

And others.

The second questionnaire had similar types of questions in Urdu with options in Urdu.

In the third section, you had to draw pictures of a soldier, a house etc. and there was also a story section in which you have to write a story on the given picture within five minutes.

The interview is normally scheduled the very next day and the interviewing lady asked me to tell about myself and then about Pakisan. She asked me if I had anger issues? I replied that even the nicest person has his limits, Isllye Kabhi Kabhi ajaya he Gussa. She then asked me that how do I control my anger once I get angry and blah blah.

Just try to be positive and be yourself. Everything will be okay. These interviews are just a formality. And almost every person clears this test.

Can you tell me what kind of question usually asked in practical test,infact i know its related to ms excel etc but kindly give some examples.

For the post of Assistant Manager Electronics, there was no such thing as practical test. As for the technical test(if that's what you meant), there were 100 mcqs related to Electronics, Antenna, Satellite Theory, Calculus, and other related things.
