Brother anyone knows about the procedure after an initial interview?How will they short list the candidates?it will be based on the on line test result ,previous academic result or anything else?

Shortlisting is always concerned with AHQ..
No one knows about the procedure of merit list.. But obviously merit is made on the basis of your academic record and your initial test...
