Don't worry about your intial interview. They will just ask you basic questions like your introduction, education and family background. Initial interview is just a formality.

Default NOC from current employer/govt job
I am already serving as punjab govt employee. Will they ask me about NOC from my current employer during initial interview? Is it necessary to obtain NOC from my current job before interview?

After initial interview you will be called for Psychological Test. If qualified, you will be called for Final Interview and then Final Medical examination at CMB. This whole process takes approx. 2 to 3 months.

u will have to go thru a psychological test if ur name will b in merit list, after passing psychological you have to appear in board interview at Islamabad and last step is CMB medical at Karachi...
