Those who have received offer letter, Please come up here with your thoughts to join or not under the strict contract offer.

I got the offer letter for AD investigation cyber crimes But confused due to:

1- Already doing good private job on more salary
2- offer letter is absolute rigid in terms of contract , dont know when job gets terminated
3- Two writ petition are just above these posts like a sword
4- worried about posting, pay increase and future after 30-6-20 (Contract Date)

Please guide.

Someone told me that, You would be on probation for minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years initially. Thats why the posts/offer letter are mentioned as temporary, like standing on a soap for the whole probation period. Posts are permanent dear don't worry even for a second in this regard. F.I.A takes care of their employs, so you will most probably get posting at your hometown (Your domicile) or Islamabad ( Depending on the workload) . Within a period of 5-10 years ( As you complete your foreign degrees and courses) , you will get promoted to Deputy Director(BS-18). Car facilities are usually provided at BS-18(Specially at F.I.A), And depending on your assignments/work load, you may also get your own personal staff (Gunmen, Driver, sometimes residence as well.(In case you're working outside your hometown). This the rare opportunity where you can easily pull some strings and usually gets succeeded.
Secondly there's also a great opportunity that you may get transfer to NAB after your probation period. Pay in NAB is alot more as compare to other agency ( Really alot). You can simply go to any F.I.A HQ near your home district and ask the officers to assist you in this regard, If your queries are still unanswered.

And last but not least it's a conman sense that none of the agency likes to waste an initial period of more than 1 year, by recurting best candidates for the relevant post and kicks them out within a period of 6 months. As it will be total loss of money and time for the agency. So go for it dear! And as I said earlier , talk with Mian Shabir Basheer if you can otherwise, go to the nearest HQ of F.I.A if your queries are still unanswered. I'm sure they will assist you more and gives you more in dept details.

The budget(2019) is same dear and there're also talks of increasing the salaries of F.I.A employs similar to those people in NAB, and LHC has already disposed the case so I believe there aren't any hurdles left in selection procedure, which is why you've received the offer letter.

In the advertisement (http://www.pakistanjobsbank.com/Jobs...kistan-Latest/), it's clearly mentioned that salary of A.D is approximately 90,000.
