Aray bhai aapko ghalat info di hai kisi ne. Pehly verification hoti hai selected candidates ki special branch ya usk qareebi police station sy. Jb wo clear ho jata hai tu bad mai phr usy joining letter ya offer letter bhja jata hai :p

Ye zaroori nae ke verification pehlay he ho. kuch idaray appointment kay bad kratay hen. ma currently jis idaray ma hon us ma joining kay bad verification hoi thi. ye department ki marzi pay hota hay ke pehlay kraen ya bad ma.
