I can't say much about it but,
For physical tests like running and medical test. they must be like defense forces, i.e. you will have to pass certain criteria, but no objective marks.
The merit must be from NTS type tests, Interview and then From previous qualifications and Job experiences.
Also psychometric tests may also be not in merit lists, you have to pass them.
