Thanks brother. Yar ye tu kafi slow process hai agar Feb ma appointment letter issue krain gy tu training Aug ma kahin mukamal ho ga. . ap kia kehty hu aisa hi hoga kia??

ap agar slct ho gaye or ap ne joining dy di usi din sy ap ki salry start ho jaye ge training ka kli taluk nhi salry sy payroll py anay k 4/5 month bad mera basic course hwa tha

han province walay ka usi k province ma hota ha nothing to worry about..

and sb ko taqreeban aik sth hi milay ga ya agr alehda alehda b mila tab b process Jan k mid ma start hoga coz us sy pehlay verification ho gai which i believe will take 1 month

Dear Fellows,

I am here to sought your valuable suggestions.

I am called for interview for OM-5. I have MBA degree and doing job in a private bank. IS it wise for me to join if I'm selected? What are the promotion chances for at maximum? Will post graduate degree would push me up in a short spam or I have to be on cleric grade all my life?

Please sincere guidance needed as it would help me draw my career path.
