Yes dear, mostly my friends those who gets 60 plus marks in written they were called for interview from Sindh rural

I have talk o senior official today and he told me that the list of selected candidates is ready and appointment letters are in process and not dispatched to any candidate till now.

offer letters will be dispatched after a week or two. i have asked from my friend he is in ib.

Dear,be calm and cool, Its a government department as well as sensitive organization.moreover for your kind info Physical Test/Interviews was wrap-up in 12 December-2015 in Peshawar. So, how it possible for departmental selection committee to scrutinize the final list of selected candidates within a such short span of time. few steps keep in your mind while issuing the final offer letter.
1) DSC committee after completion of interview process throughout Pakistan will compile its report in detail.
2) This report of DSC will be further put-up to DG for approval.
3) When Final list of candidates along with (waiting list) approved from DG then offer letter issuing process is start.

So, today is Jan-16-2016 how it possible within a month to complete the whole process.
I am not giving exact date for receiving call letter or not discourage you, but please please wait for a while, because If your name in the list of selected candidates you will be definitely received your call letter and phone call IN Sha Allah form HQ Islamabad.
