Aray meray Aziz they checked your name in Intrview list not in Selected candidate list..... Interview list k bad jo Intrview cleared larkay/Larkian hain un ko verification ki calls ai hain or agar ap ko nahi ai call to you still have a time for prayers k ALLAH karay ap ka naam Waiting list ma ho and i believe they will start working on waiting list candidates from 2nd of May....so ALLAH ap ko kamyab karay or ap ko waiting list walay candidates ma number mil jaye

Mera cousin pechaly saal FIA join karchuka hai un ki b training howi thi laiken es kisam ka bond unhoon ny sign nahi kiya tha. Aur wo Peshawar airport par job karaha hai. Ek to OM clerical type job hai es main bond ki kya zarorat. Meri majbori hai k main es k sath apni post graduation nahi karskunga thats why i am leaving aur secondly bond bounds me that i cannot leave the department. Saath may bond ki copy di gayi hai jis k liye 50 R.s ka stamp paper py apni surety daini hogi ok.

OM-5 ki pay jo hai wo 6985-340-17185 with 20% special pay of the basic pay.

Total tankhwa 29,310 R.s banti hai

A sincere suggestion needed.
Dear I'm currently in a commercial bank having 2 years of experience and drawing a gross salary of Pkr. 24,000. Now should i leave and join IB as OM-5 since i have MBA degree and if I switch to other bank my salary can easily rise to 30-32 k. I'm no more interested in banking job and want to switch from banking industry to Govt job. Now the hurdle in my way is that I have also given interview in other Govt deptt for pbs-14 post but the hiring will further take 2-3 months and I am not sure either I will be hired or not. On one side I do not want to lose the opportunity in hand but on other hand if i'm selected I would have to resign and will have to pay the bond. Secondly, my family is also in not favor of joining IB on such a low scale.
Suggest me what should I do as i do not want to stuck to clerical job for the rest of my life and also very tense about the bond issue. Also tell me the take home salary of OM-5

My Suggestion is that please don't lose this opportunity. Luck Knock's Your door once. I know OM-05 is a clerical job. But see the department and it is very honest department. My many known friends having relative in IB said that there is promotion on merit basis. As You said you have MBA. You can apply for Assistant Director in department through FPSC in next induction. So it means you can grow up here also.
I am also selected in I.B received verification calls. but not yet received letter. I am waiting for it. I will surely join this as don't loose opportunity that is in your hand brother.

Mani G rules are rules promotion on seniority base py hoti hai federal Govt k rules k mutabik. Same rules FIA aur b agencies main hain. Promotion performance based nahi hoti. Although something is better than nothing. And sorry tankhwa yahi koi 24+ k qareeb hai. Duty itni sakht nahi hoti.

Bhai mjhy pata ha k rules are rules and all that promotion etc criteria. The point is that k MBA degree k sath sath mery pass ab banking ka 2 years experience ha or yaha pe mjhy phir se scratch se start lena hoga family ki reservations bhe apni jagah sahe ha k ab tm banking ma settle ho gae ho ab tm banking ma is point pe a gae ho k grow ker sakty ho to step leny se pehly soch lo bus isi lie confuse ho k kia karon mein.

Bhai jan Banking sector ki job se government sector ki 1 Scale ki job bi lakh guna behtar hai. Reasons kafi he ap Ma sha Allah 2 saal lga chuke hn behtar jante hn banking job ki routine plus with no self satisfaction.
