the best way to prepare both essay and current affairs is reading of english newspaper on daily basis, buy latest megazine, and perfect essay book from any bookshop. also study current issues of the world and main problems about pakistan, and then write these topics on your own style

Mostly css/pms aspirants have an edge on these type of tests so kindly all those share some tips/tricks plus recent current issues/topics or any link for it. As there are some candidates appearing for the first time in these kind of tests..

applied for Head Master and Assistant Director.
These both tests are conducted by IBA and NTS in same time on 20 Dec.

There are more seats in HM as compare to Mod, if you are not pretty good at descriptive type of tests, then you need to go for HM. Because Mod is unpredictive, its written test is a bit tougher and despite sailing through written & psychometric & viva phases, don't know why they don't allocate us either on the name of strict security clearance or high merit. Therefore, taking these facts in consideration in your case, the HM would be a better side. It seems all of the prominent tests are on the same date i.e. FIA, HM & Mod. I applied in only Mod. Whatever you take the test, best of luck to all of you.
