I am applying for AD-MOD .Do we have to attach copies of educational documents with application form or not ?

Dear Candidates!!!

Why don't you read the ad which has categorically mentioned most of the things associated with application procedure etc. You should bother reading ad and instructions given because they are the most authentic ones than anyone's opinion or knowledge. When i was selected AD (MOD) joined in 2013, offer letter mentioned Rs. 56000/- during training and it was of 7-8 months professional training.

All of you need a specific kind of smart analysis to put in paper against each descriptive question because you are provided with limited space to write, in such scenario you have to be more prudent than you do the same in CSS/PMS.

Its a myth that ISI starts clearance & vigilance process right from day 1, they have lot of tasks in hand to deal with, they don't waste time on those whom they will not shortlist in written. Obviously, clearance starts after psychometric tests when the commission/personnel wing decide to shortlist final candidates. If someone declines to join or is found unfit during clearance, a candidate from waiting list is called thereupon. Nothing rocket science here too, its almost like any other exam.

This job is rewarding, thrilling and challenging if you have compatible attitude.

2. It is said once one is entered in MoD it is very difficult to leave the organisation. Is it so?

thats very good that you are selected but i would love to ask you one thing...in 2014 many of my friends appeared in the test and some of them are very able and two of those qualified css 2014 on joining PAS and the other joined PSC but in this test none i mean none of my friends or their friends got selected...i have not come through any one who was selected so i want to know one thing that whether these jobs are given according to the merit or given to those who have strong links beside very few who are selected according to merit...I have no mood of wasting my 800 rupees if i am not sure of transparency...

Selection in MoD is not just based on merit. If you pass the examination and interview with flying colors it does not mean that you get chose, as it is a mighty department of Pakistan. So they use their own ways for security clearance.
After passing the test and interview one might fulfill their security stipulation.
Your fellows got allocated in Police which falls in MoI not in MoD.
There are not such scale of clearance for MoI, like MoD.

very well said..

what security security security? are we terrorists? What sort of security every1 is talking about? Security is that one is a Pakistani national and there is nothing serious like murder, rape etc against him. I still believe there is something wrong with NTS MOD selection.. In 2014 over a dozen competent guys (my batch-mates) appeared but none of them excluding me qualified the written even. So what sort of test this is? What sort of competency they need? They ask simple current affairs in CA Paper and fail every1.. haha.. well done NTS ...the most corrupt institution in Pakistan.. I give another example of NTS corruption. In 2013 i qualified asst registrar Islamabad high court (Bs 18) exam, interviews were conducted by justice isb high court.. Unfortunately, since than result is nowhere....My question is why MOD did not assign this task to FPSC???? No doubt, daal my kuch kala hy..
