I think 2200 words/14 pages would be sufficient. It needs to be a quality attempt.

Outline is mandatory, I will sketch down outlines, however, will see the requirement of question. Giving outlines make the checker at ease.

We will be directed by the question, simply follow the instruction and attempt your question. If it requires outlines in instructions, then draw comprehensive outlines prior to write-up, on the contrary if it does not direct any outline. Then it would be understood that we need to attempt the answer without any outlines. May be like previous year, they would probably give us prepared outlines to write on those points to justify them. Thereby, these are all the probable directions to follow while attempting our papers.

For the Essay even they do not ask or mention, still make the outline, be that short or precise .
And , Yes decide number of words after seeing the marks allocated to Essay . I mean if you are asked to an essay of 50 marks , writing 14 pages would be more than necessary. One can write 10 pages. Remember, no pages with lines are given and writing 10 pages isn't a small deal.
So, as NTS has not revealed number alloted to all questions and essay, this you people would have to decide in examination hall after seeing the question paper as how much words and space to be given.

What about ques on CA in Sub Inspector paper? How to write it? I mean in essay form or 1,2 pages? Seniors help me. Regards!

Yar attempt in the form of a question. Current Affairs Questions have to be attempted in the form of writing a general routine answer .
In that form one has to write multiple paragraphs with headings.
