Here you go, fill in the details in Red shown in image below.

P.S. I know CNIC is not required but sometimes bank officials ask for it to be filled in as well.

I am having a trouble when filling in the details about challan at the end of the submission. It says it is an invalid receipt number. Help me in this regard.

incounternable Sir is this the NOC we want? Sir I am an employee as PST in education department. Can you please help me out whethee DO (Tehsil) is the authority to give me NOC or EDO (District) or Director?

Please can you fill the form as example so that I may fill and get it attached with application form? I will be really thankful to you.

Please answer these qs
How many copies of required documents should we send to spsc?
How many copies of challan?
How many copies of cnic? Should we send attested cnic ?
How many copies of application form? How many copies of which application form downloaded or online submitted??
How many photographs? Do we need to send the photographs with white background??

Add two zeroes in front of the number.
If your challan no. is 72 then type it like this "0072"

Dear All,

I have been alotted a ONE DIGIT No. "3" on my challan by NBP,,,

I am trying to enter it by add 000 but still the instruction invalid challan appears
