1-Printed forms of 4 pages 4 set colour signed with mentioned group preference.

2-DPC original copy (plus 4 more its photocopies to be attached with in photocopy document set) (Note: Director is unavailabe, so I took NOC from another subordinate officer, even though he might be not appointing authority but he says if I am supposed to require for DPC from director, he will make it arrange)

3-Bank original challan form ( (plus 4 more its photocopies to be attached with in photocopy document set)

4-Four Passport size photographs with white background to be signatured by me & grade 17 officer with his stamp on the back side of it)

5-Documents sets i.e from matriculation to Masters attested by grade 17 officer. (Note: I am not attaching result declaration date because I am empty now, though I will tick its box) because I have degree certificates, it should be enough for them. However, if they need it at the time if interview, I will produce it.

There is a point in instruction where it says that at the time of screening test you have to show original challan. This is very absurd. Instructions provided are like copy pasted from General Recruitment instructions because in General Recruitment no hard copy of online form is sent and hence original challan is handed over at the time of screening test.

Anyhow send original challan with application form and keep a colored copy of it with you for showing at the time of screening test, if and when they ask for it.

Rest of what you mentioned is OK.

Some banks are keeping 2 parts of the challan and some are keeping 1 part of it return 2 parts.

So if you got 2 parts then good otherwise keep a photocopy of challan with you and send original challan with application form.

No just one original challan.You have an option at top right corner "Print CCE Form" it produces online auto-generated form that is already filled with data provided in online profile.
