According to the news Future tests for any Recruitment will be conducted by 3rd party non-Gov organization like-IBA, AGa khan Or NTS etc. However, Interviews are to be conducted by SPSC.


This news further blurs the future c.c.e. Aspirant shouldn't wait for CCE and stop chasing futile mirage.
The what will be the role of SPSC, they are even postponing interview every now and then , The other day I read an interview postponement news.....

At least I want chance to appear in job recruitment , but for candidate of Sindh, These chances are bare minimum,,,
I sound hopeless but there will no cce in 1-2 years really,,,
PPSC is advertising job after job,,,I am ,envious, jealous.....

you are right .every week i use to visit ppsc bpsc.website,they use to announce jobs in every weeks and they complete selection process in just one month.we are living stone age.we have a young talented C.M.MAY GOD gives him more 100 years so as he remain c.m sindh,,if ppp come next time in central government than merit will be abolished from fedral

Kawish is not a reliable newspaper. It has posted several news without verisimilitude. So far news is subject to credibility unless and untill it is officially announced by the COMMISSION.

Although, news seems good. Even if the news is true SPSC will go to court that it is mandated to conduct exam and has constitutional protection. Whereas non-constitutional private organisations have been given the job to conduct written tests. The current chairman SPSC is a former Chief Justice so he has a loooooot of face-value. It seems ill-logical that Chief Justice losing a valid case in any court. But, in the end whosoever wins the youth of Sindh will have to suffer particularly PCS aspirants

@ Aariz Ahmed,
Constitution delegates some discretionary powers to the office of chief minister who can exercise them as per the administrative ease. Constitutional Petition against CM's discretion therefore holds no water.
Moreover, in the wake of heaped allegations and on going inquiries against the SPSC, Government's face saving is more important than that of retired CJ.

I welcome this change its quite positive. SPSC should be taught a legal lesson to modify its behavior and should demonstrate the sense of its actual duty charter.

I also welcome the decision. NTS is very credible institution when conducting exam. IBA also has unmatched reputation. SPSC is extremely corrupt organisation and works at snail's pace. But, I fail to understand how can a good decision come from Sindh Government

I also second this view, such directives cannot hold ground as it might require some amendment to SPSC law, but let's see . Complaints against corruption in SPSC need to be debated I think
