Under these circumstances, Govt's decision to hand over the testing responsibility to IBA and NTS in SPSC's stead is no doubt a good one. It is a moral obligation on all the sensible citizens to appreciate positive moves of the Govt:

its not a question of good or bad decision, personally I also believe it's a good move because SPSC is not a clean institution any longer, but has this decision been taken in a proper way is a question . There is high probability that this can go to the court as it doesn't look like executive part of the government can issue 'decrees' like that, but this opinion can be wrong .

If SPSC is not enough capable for what it is created, then this institution must be closed. Then I will say that it is the best move of govt. So far we are in the hands of one of the corrupt institutions to take our viavaz. As it is stated in yesterday's kawish that SPSC would only be responsible for VIVA. Viva is of utmost impartance, if a candidate makes through in all wirriten exams but could not manage to pass viva due to malpractice of spsc. Then what would be the difference of good and bad move! that's the main thing to be solved.

To the conclude, SPSC is no more a safe heaven for us to take our exams, in other words, "SPSC ko bara wala TAALA Lagadena chaea". That's the need of the hour and a good move.

@m.kashif
Credibility of NTS, IBA or AKU has grown to greater proportions over the past few years while SPSC has turned noticeably malfunctioning institute.
Being a major stakeholder What else could the talented youth expect of Govt?
And what else could have been a proper course for time to take now ?

I agree with that, it should be closed if it's not doing what it's supposed to do. There is no need of white elephants .

Well dear I am not questioning credibility of NTS or IBA, but I am suspicious of the intention of Saen Badshah our CM . It doesn't look like he really wants to curtail SPSC, he is just doing it to take the burden away from his head .

@ exclusively

It does make a huge difference. IBA, NTS Or AKU will shortlist the the candidates purely on merit basis. SPSC will be handling the meritorious people who love to get jobs on merit and not by bribing members of commission.
Thus the ratio of dysfunction at SPSC's part dies down to earth.

To me it doesn't look like government is sincere in making this decision for the larger sake of transparency, justice, and public good. This move is just to make headlines and soon it might be reversed and then saen badshah will have something to do politics upon 'baba maine to hukum jaari kar dia ab adalat ko main kia karun' haha

@ m Kashif.
We are least bothered about Saen BABA's personal griefs and reliefs =P
We long wished to rid the SPSC's tyranny with the deserving candidates and here we get a chance to breath a sigh of comfort.
I've just come to know through a reliable source in A.G Sindh that there are 12000 jobs of Govt: Lecturer (BPS-17) likely to be announced by NTS.

@ Kashif

I endorse your opinion, implementation has been a lingering issue in Govt's case

But lets hope for the best.
