Dear fellows,

A disgruntled fellow who could not qualify the screening test for CCE-2013 has started a thread to malign the name of Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC). It should be mentioned that he knows very well to fabricate the baseless accusations. Besides, he is very good at making contemptuous remarks at people. But, when he is apprised of his own level of knowledge, then it becomes difficult for him to face the music.

Sindh Public Service Commission is an institution which has created thousands of literate officers. Who are performing their duties in their respective departments. At the mere pretext of a few irregularities, it is unwarranted and gratuitous to point fingers at the entire performance of the office.

Therefore, It is extremely necessary to oppose such bad elements who want to malign the name of an institution. They are doing so, because they could not pass the initial part of CCE-2013. And, they are avenging the office for their failures.

PLEASE SUPPORT SPSC, IF YOU WANT TO MAKE CCE-2013 A MASSIVE SUCCESS.

And if those allegations prove to be true then? I would suggest that aspirant's true grievances should be addressed and try to overhaul commission's credibility. If u succeed then no one would dare to question it's credibility.

SPSC has done a fantastic job- by conducting screening test and arranging written in a organized way it has removed our suspicions of political influences.
The examination CCE 2013 conducted by them was much organized in a very systematic way which CCE 2009 was not being witnessed in such a organized way. I witnessed many flaws in CCE 2009 as i was also candidate among appearing candidates.
Those who appeared in recent exam can tell honestly about the improvement of SPSC.
Do you know why did not they give MCQs in papers this time? Because they wanted to avoid mismanagement which could occur in MCQs portion.
Mobile phones were not permitted, and repeatedly warnings were being given to terminate the paper of those who were found with mobile phone after paper.
Time was observed with great care. Papers were being started on time with no unusual delay.
At some centers books and other literature were not allowed to place even on the tables but outside of the blocks.
Handbags of female candidates were also placed outside of the blocks in some
block.
SPSC has become a trustworthy recruitment institute resulting from continuous criticism.
SPSC has done its job perfectly in conducting combined examination with great care and under a very organized way.
Those who cry will always cry because you know this time it would be difficult to by pass the candidates and offer those people jobs on political and financial influence. Shortlisting of candidates through screening test made their malicious aims impossible.
Thank you Sindh Public Service Commission, at least, you have done a great job after a long time.

I agree and support the thread. Those who could not prove themselves worthy of attempting discriptive part are crying and maligning spsc. If their arguments had a little verity or their grievances were right then they should have cried before attempting screening test. I also request the admin of the forum that it should discourage those thread that malign and defame institutions. If the failures want to exhaust thier frustration they should make a page on facebook and leave this auspicious forum for knowledge sharing people.

What about the cheating the students kept on doing in G.K's and other papers ?

The invigilation staff did nothing to stop them, they kept on watching them and little warning of no use was being given...like "yaar ap please baat na kre" that's it but students kept on doing it ??

What was all this ? what would you call it ?

My exam center was in Govt Boys College Qasimabad, and cheating was going on without any hindrance by the staff... This is what you call meritocracy ?

I saw candidates cheating in all compulsory papers and sociology too when number of candidates per center was reduced to one room only....

Students kept on talking to each other asking about different questions like they were taking Intermediate exams(Copy Culture).


I don't know about other centers, but a few friends confirmed about same cheating process in SPSC Head Office too in G.K paper...

However, my Geography paper was in SPSC Head Office and as students were limited and huge space was left among candidates, so I saw no one cheating during the paper.

Go thank SPSC for conducting CCE-2013 in 2015 but do remember this is Sindh ruled by PPP's feudal lords, these posts will be sold and no one will stop it....


P.S: This is what I feel is going to happen but I pray that merit prevails and deserving candidates are allocated...

I myself have been victim of spsc two times (first time in mukhtiarkar interview and second time in manager employment exchange labour department interview) have always been supporter of spsc.
spsc conducted PCS/CCE 2013 in an extra ordinary organized way. I really appreciate spsc for this act of brilliance. after screening test I met three times with spsc top officials including former chairman who really encouraged us. even I know present chairman he is also gentle-man.
I am sure, justice will be made with those who laboured day and night and left their slumber for pcs.
I appeared in my last paper of pcs on 18/04/15. and went very well in entire papers. I have played my cards, now let the time decide my fate.

Ab agr candidates supplementary sheets lekr aur un main se koi ek chupakr ghar lejate hain to ye koi bari bat nahin hai agr answer sheet hoti to alag bat thi , present any solid reason dear. Aur agr wo sheet paper ke lye ya exam ke lye use ki jati to uska roll number erase na kia jata.

Your all allegations are baseless. I don't say it but all those who appeared can understand. i myself appeared from Hyderabad. If you could not perform your papers well, you should not blame SPSC with baseless accusations.

I have done all my papers very well Alhamdolillah and I have my last paper to take on 21st.

Well it seems like either you were too consumed in your papers that you were unable to notice this mishap or you live in fool's paradise.

In any case, students did cheat in exam including girls...

You believe it or not that's your point of view but these posts are hell bent on being sold. Just wait and watch.

This is your statement and if you performed well then you should not have any doubt on your performance. and possibly if fools like you can attempt combined papers then i might live in fool's paradise and next time be careful in commenting and there is no need to be personal as i did not make any unethical comment Mr incounterable
