Yes you can opt History of sindhi literature as optional, it was one of my optional in CCE 2008.

Asslam o alaikum.... Respectable members e.g. Alimallah and others, I wana ask that can I opt Islamiat+Journalism+IndopakII(Mughals)........and What is the % of passing marks in each papers i.e in compulsory and optional.

1. No candidate shall be summoned for viva voce test unless he/she Obtained atleast 33% marks in each individual written paper and 50% Marks in the aggregate of the written portion of the examination.

2. Both combinations are good, if you are good at sindhi literature and its history go for second combination, otherwise prefer 1st one.

Dear Sir, I have opted Sindhi in CE-2012. I am little confused that whether I go for Sindhi or Journalism as both are optional subjects in CSS for also coming attempt too? Please suggest me that what should I do now?

Means I need only 33 marks in Sindhi Compositon, 33 marks in English composition and 17 Marks in Sindhi Essay and in English essay? Aggregate are 50% it is ok. Simply to pass any subject (8 subjects) we need only 33% marks to get through in the particular paper?

No, its not enough dear, you have to look for other resources. This book does not have essays at all. Go for another book for sindhi written by Mukhtiar Mallah which also contains Essays plus some specific material for PCS.

If you are taking my advice, go for History of sindhi literature instead of Journalism.

Yes you are right, you only need 33 to pass in the subjects which are of 100 marks, 17 in those which are 0f 50 Marks and 50 in the subjects which are of 150 marks like optionals.
Aggregate is 450 out of 900 marks (450 Compulsory + 450 optionals)

And one thing more from where to get sindhi essays especailly. I thing it will be the difficult paper for me. So, please let me know a particular book/link of net any source which can fullfil my requirement.

Plus, I have little confusion in Sindhi paper, as many people will be opt sindhi optional, will it be good enough for me to opt Journalism as its also one of my optional subjects in CSS.

And I have an other confusion that should I read indopkaII form 1526 to 1857.....and what about journalism, will journalism be quite difficult than that of css paper. I feel comfortable in journalism rather than Sindhi, as I am not good at Sindhi, but my writting expressions are good at all in it. Conclusvely, I have just little bit confusion whether to go for SIndhi or JOurnalism ???? Please help me out some body in detail. Thanks...

Ok then leave sindhi. This s also a good combination, you should know that whatever subejct you chose, you should be well prepared to score high in it at least.

Well syllabus is from 1526 to 1857 so you have to prepare it at least, if you can more that will also help you in interview.

Sir Alimallah I have heard that most of the people had been failed in gk paper. One of my friends told me that GK paper was very difficult and nearly out of the knowledge, means what to prepare in this subjects. Are we suppose to prepare Sindh's history or another thing?

In simple manner please let me know that how to prepare GK paper? and Gk paper comprises?
