If Home Dept doesn't issue offer letters within the ordained period then we can file contempt of court against them.

the reality is this that the local bodies elections have nothing to do with recruitment process. but here the hurdle is local bodies elections of one city only. haha. bro this is what we are making fool our self. while I have already told you that you are not going to receive offer letters even by 20th of December( i-e 45th day of court verdict ).

Exactly. You got my point. Mein bhi yeh tou bol raha hon k local bodies elections ka hamara sath koi lena dena nai.

Yes local bodies election have nothing to do with recruitment but I think we not need to get desperate this time we have to wait till 20th of December. Inshallah we will have letters. And Ali Mubashir if you have any solid reason for this then please share with us that why you feel letters will be not issued.

First of all someone will have to tell this honestly that really Sindh High Court have ordered to Government for issuing the letters?
