Did anyone hear from HBL about the final selection?

It's more than a week now and I didn't get any response from HR department. It is only adding to my curiosity.

Please, share if you've had any correspondence in this respect.

RECEIVED SELECTION EMAIL FROM HBL

Congratulations! You have been selected for HBL's Management Trainee Program 2014.

This is a provisional offer subject to clearance of your ECIB and submission of your official transcript and degree.

We will call you with details of the offer on Thursday, October 9th 2014.

From which city are you? and when did you receive this email?

Guys! Did you get any email from HBL since after the interview?

Yes, I did. I am from Karachi. But I did not receive an email from them like FastTree. I received a call from them on Friday in which she told me about the job details like modalities required (ECIB check and submission of academic docs), package and rank etc.

Are you from Karachi? Because I am and I did not receive any email. They told me all the job details on the phone.
I have been given deadline till this Wednesday to accept the offer. I don't know why they would ask such a question. I would not have gone through 3 rounds just to reject the job offer in the end. I doubt anybody would.

i guess only Karachi people are contacted. Islamabad and Lahore candidates are still to be touched.

I am from Islamabad....gave interview on 26th Friday....Received email on Saturday 4th October....The email is exactly which is pasted and is from HUMAN RESOURCE HBL...

Safari, Can you tell me the package and rank they've offered?

I am from Islamabad and I have also received the offer email this Saturday, they're going to call with details on Thursday. Just wondering if i can get an idea before that.
