Will they provide you accommodation or will they at least compensate you? Not everybody has relative/friends in other cities.

10 from North, 20 from South, and probably 10-15 from Central. They selected less than what they told me. They said about hiring 60 people and right now the number is coming out at 40-45. I guess we will find out during training.

Initially, there were more than 1000 people in the first round just from Karachi. I remember my serial no was in 300 series when I signed the attendance sheet. 98 people made it out to 2nd round and finally 40 in the 3rd. 20 or even less got to become the MTO's.

Received email to visit HBL Tower tomorrow to sign the offer letter and give acceptance. The mail has been sent to 6 persons which means only 6 MTOs are selected from North region. It was a tough competition though..GOOD LUCK

Yes, I received this email too, about 3 hours after you did. I am asked to come b/w 2 and 5 today to sign and collect the offer letter.

It seems like the number is getting lower and lower.

Received this email today

Because of the quality of candidates who applied for the job, the decision for selection was extremely difficult. We regret to inform you that, even though your credentials were impressive, you were not shortlisted for our Management Trainee Program. The decision was based upon a careful comparison of the demands of the position with the profile of each candidate.

We have other lateral positions at HBL which may be suited to your profile. We would appreciate if you could let us know your interest in exploring those opportunities.

Salam everyone,

I came to this forum while searching for my queries and decided to post mine. I completed MBA 3.5 from Islamic Uni and applied in lot of companies but no answer. I got into HBl halfheartedly in a sales job and quieted after some time due to many reasons (job location and lot of investment). now I am getting a chance again in HBL as OG 2. I came to know that there is no OG 2 in HBL so my question are as follows:
1. What is OG 2 in HBL?
2. At what Designation they will appoint me and what is career path?
3. What will be the Salary pakage?
4. Will they train me and what do they pay during training?

I am very much worried because my first experience of HBL was very bad. My father is getting retired next year and I am the only son. please someone guide me.
