Go to National Bank head Office 3rd Floor along with your appointment/Offer letter and CNIC. MO sits there, he will make recommendation slip for x-ray (From Karachi x-ray near Quaid e Azam Mazaar). You have to take that x-ray report to MO and he will give you Medical fitness certificate.

Is there anyone from lhr who got the medical fitness certificate??????????/ Also tell me who is the NBP's BMO in Lahoreand what procedure they follow and which tests they r taking?

I have few queries..
1. Is it necessary that stamp papers must be attested by notary public?
2. what should be date & month written on documents like Letter of Lein, Undertaking, Service Agreement, Religion declaration etc..??
3. Is it essential to get guarantee from bank account holder having current/pls or other account..?? can't it be in anyother form..?? like if money is invested with some govt institution and that institution issues a certificate, verifyng the required amount of guarantee, would that certificate be acceptable?
4. another problem is that, My University doesn't issue Character Certificate, instead of it, Bonafaid Certifacte is issued by University. would that be acceptable in place of character certificate..??


I'll highly appreciate, if you give answers to these questions..

1 it is better to get them attested because it isn't difficult

4 charecter certificate is needed go to your uni and request them

for ur 3rd question, u can ask it on orientation day, from any concern person, u'll get ample time, even after 4th july.
4th question: same as above, while u tell ur uni management, as how u got selected, and it will represent it among few fortunates.

What type of tests he will take to issue medical fitness certificate and did he issue the certificate on the same day, when you took the x-ray report?

Today I got x-ray report that I presented to BMO. He issued medical fitness certificate within 20 minutes of times after observing my height and weight. So, don't be worried about medical....

I asked my Uni management for Character Certificate,and told them whole situation but they said "Its not Our Policy to issue Character Certificate".. you can take bonafaid certificate..

Accepting the documents depends on staff college. Get the bonafide certificate and talk to someone at staff college.
