they dont have to issue guarantee certificate.
They just have to print on their letter head, that Mr. XYZ has more than Rs.400,000 in his account as of today.
or matter written on specimen. Just show them the specimen u got from NBP, the specimen on top of which "(Bank Letter Heads)" is written.

and that Mr.XYZ, who's taking ur guarantee, has to sign the affidavit (stamp paper).

I showed the specimen to my AlHabib, and they said "no prob, its our routine work, It will be on our letter head, but the wordings would be little different, according to our own format"

@ all Seniors

Well i am facing a little problem right now ,the concerning bank(UBL) who are suppose to issue my "Guarantor worth certificate" is not ready to issue certificate on their letter head but they are saying we can generate it (which is actually a white paper and logo of ubl over it) from system and we can put stamp(bank+branch manager) over it and signed and which can also be verified.
Infact they are expressing a concern that we can not issue a guarantee on our letterhead as it become a legal document and who know u can withdraw all amount very next morning after getting letter.


What do i do now !!!!

Banks need not to and never will be ready to issue guarentee -they have to just confirm the genuinness of the accountholder.System generated letter confirming the account is accpetable to bank.

But the system generated paper which they (UBL) are issuing is jst a plain white paper wid a ubl icon printed over it not a Letterhead (like smeone can print easily at home) bt stamps and signature are really which be verified by calling thm and they follow the specimen which is given by NBP !
Is it acceptable by HR of NBP ...... !!

Which Staff College , you have been posted in? Frankely spaeking , the aceptibility of documents or otherwise is a decison solely on the discretion of the Staff ollege Offiial/MDS who will scruinize your documents on joining date.In priniple , such letter must be acceptable but you must confirm it by calling your respective staff college.

I am from Dera Ismail Khan (Pakhtunkwa). Go to the bank's medical officer (BMO) of your area, he will conduct all these tests & yes i got it on the same day.
