Do u hv any idea for how long an employee is posted in a particular region?? if it is not his native town??

I hv heard that normaly in Banks, they post for a maximum period of 3 years.
Does NBP also follow the same practice or they have different rules??

Here is the reference letter template. You can use this.

I have a query regarding accommodation facility. In Karachi they offer this facility in Hotel Crown Inn. House rent allowance will be deducted from the salary. I want to ask that we have to bear dinner and breakfast expenses or they will provide it?

Last time 6600 Rs. were deducted from salary for accommodation + dinning. I think this time same facilities will be provided against the deduction of house rent allowance.

I talked to HR official regarding accommodation. He said that things will clear in couple of days as the matter is under discussion.

@ saleeqa batool: which group is better? General banking. audit or human resource?.. do they allow change in group during or after training???
