i am posted in HR Group?.. do they change group?.. or should i keep going with th same? any1 else in HR? what responsibility as MTO do u cater in HR wing?

can you kindly tell me whether there is a gratuity or pension for MTOs? In employee handbook I have found only Provident fund and Bennovalent fund.

why do you want to change your group..?? I'm also posted in HR Group.. because i opted for MTO-HR..

They dont change the group usually... If you are a female HR Group is the best to work with... If ure a male and have a degree other than MBA HR, you might be upset in future for not having any experience in branch banking. where are u posted btw?

HR MTOs are the most satisfied employees of NBP.. Less work, favourable working environment and no public dealing are some of the plus points.

Default NBP document soft copy
At the following yahoogroup you can find soft copy of the documents required on stamp paper in MS Word format. that has been formated for legal size pape (which is approximately equal to the size of a stamp paper).

I also have confusion in filling some spaces. So its better to leave those spaces and fill them on the day of joining. However you can share those text with highlighted spaces where you have confusion so that seniors can help you.
