One of my friend wants to apply for SBP-Recruitment of Junior Officers (on contract basis) and he has done BS(HR) and B.Com(2 year). So on which degree's basis should he apply because one is 4-year and other is 2 year. Whereas in the ad. it was described that FINANCE is preferred.

bro unho ne divisions ki bat he nai ki ha agar grades ki basis pe hota to test nai lete test pass karna zaroori hai.

Seniors @ is it likely to be confirm or it will remain contractual?

Seniors kindly tell me Am I eligible to apply or not?? I have done BPA (Public Administration) with specialization in HRM. I also have an equivalent certificate mentioning BPA is equals to masters and another certificate mentioning MPA is equals to MBA. I am bit confused either I am eligible to apply or not???

marina khan @ i think you should take black print, no need of color print.
by writing it you are giving them a chance to reject your form..
so why give them this chance.
don't take risk. Its my suggestion. decision is yours.

If you sent the documents via TCS then next day go this link and put you Courier Number (CN No.) in the box of [COLOR="Blue"][B][SIZE="4"]"Tracking Number"[/SIZE][/B][/COLOR] and just click on [B][COLOR="Blue"][SIZE="4"]"Track"[/SIZE][/COLOR][/B] it will show complete history from start to end....
