well what is the authenticity of this information that one person checks all the papers??? and for a moment if we imagine that what you say is correct then how luck can affect the result as that one person would evaluate all so the conformist and non conformist views are strictly curtailed???

I am not 100% sure about my statement but one of our teacher at officers academy lahore told us about the procedure who himself is the member of the committee. . . And i also does not mean to say that luck is the only source to over come anything, your efforts does matter also. . .!! But there are many of examples where luck has dominated efforts in case of css specially. . ??? I am from sindh and in my case luck does matters a lot because we people do not suffer after making it. . Such as in punjab many of them lack behind in allocation . . so i will definitely say i am lucky enough to be in sindh

well at least this is where you can call yourself lucky as you belong to sindh and it is not your capability...but in other instances luck has only 2% role if it has any...

whatever he is saying that is correct... FPSC itself saing this... and u can go for another post of discussion on the same sub forum...

I suggest all to please check out your luck by an experienced palmist. He would(naoozu billah) tell whose going to pass CSS by luck or by hard work.

hahah. . . . well nobody needs to consult any palmist or any baba type thing, just work hard , concentrate and hit it. . . do your best leave rest on Allah. . . Indeed he knows what is in our favor. . and it's on you whether you believe in luck or not, don't argue either you'll get lost in the tricky world of arguements.
