Any body could reply Please:

1. what are the chances of win in a court of law for semi-govt employees if he / she go to court for age relaxation of 10 years as being offered to other govt employees on completing 2 years continuous service ?

2. What is the logic behind not allowing the age relaxation to semi-govt employees ?

3. Which authority didn't allow the age relaxation to semi govt employees ?

As we know for CSS the age relaxation for govt employees is upto 2 years whereas for general recruitment it extends to 10 years subject to 2 years continuous service...................

5 years general age relaxation to the widow/sons/daughters of civil servants who die during the service.
Please elaborate on the point, what it mean by civil servants? only CSPs?
