Brother, I got coaching from a renowned arabic teacher, Hafiz Arshad sb. I consulted his notes and a book named: Tarikh e adab e arabi by Ahmad Hassan Ziat.

so is it easy to learn arabic and then choose it as an optiol? and how much time does it take to learn arabic and then study it to cover the syllabus?

Is it important to pass css exam a person need to be smart, clever and think critically? Is it possible a person having simple thoughts, not so smart and clever could pass the exam?

@sir usman khalid, aslam alaikum sir, its really inspiring that u are encouraging us. .may Alah bless u always. .amen. .sir i have done masters in eng literature and wana have ur suggestion,shud i opt eng lit or not? M teaching eng in a gov collage frm 2 years, if i choose eng lit, it wud help me in pcs lecshp exam as wel,( my job is nt permanent).nw after analysing scoring trends i hv decided to opt psychology instead of eng lit, kindly suggest me which subject is go0d for me? I'll be highly obliged.thanx

psychology
geography
punjabi and
sociology
for sociology i ve consulted Taga.keeping the paper pattern of 2012 is this book sufficient for sociology?
do suggest me book for geo2!

Brother, Arabic is not much difficult to learn. One needs around 20-25 days for good preparation.

The simple answer is: Most people who pass CSS are average persons with simple thoughts. Being smart and clever may give one advantage in some respect but this is not at all mandatory for passing CSS!

Thanks for good words!

English Literature has not been much scoring in recent years. However, if you think you have good grip on syllabus contents and can do well, you may go with this. Otherwise, you should replace it with some more scoring subject. As you said, psychology has proved very high scoring in recent years, so it may prove a good choice!
