Default @ Usman Khalid

Did you prepare for css independently or took tutions for different subjects?
P.s: can group studies be fruitful? What was your method of preparation?

I took guidance from CSS Forum and prepared independantly. If it is difficult for one to study alone / independantly, it may be better to study in a group of two or three people.

aoa usman bahi i am in middle of my preparation but am totally dismayed due to the scoring trend after knowing about your experience in initial attempts.i have opted indo/pak history along with pol.science, constitutional law and pub.ad.after searching the syllabus i came to realise i am not left with much choice as i have arts b.g so cant opt psy or geo nor am able to develop apptitude for other law subjects.not only this i also have no command over any of the regional languages.i really dont know what to do in this short spain of time:quit thinking about passing css or pass it with marks having no use.please suggest me what to do...anxiously waiting for ur

Don't worry brother. Keep on preparing with the same zeal and zest. Many candidates with similar subjects as opted by you have qualified CSS with good positions. Although Indopak History has been giving low scores in last two years but it doesn't mean that it will always behave like this. Indopak gave scores as high as 170 in CSS 2009. Political Science, Public Ad and Constitutional Law have also been scoring most of the times. Who knows this combination turns out to be the most scoring in CSS 2013 So never lose hope. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. You do your best and leave the rest to ALLAH. IN SHA ALLAH He will reward you with splendid success in return of your hard work!

If you have interest in Psychology, go for it. It has really been scoring in recent years.

Indopak Hisoty is very vulnerable. Same is the case with IR now a days. But you never know these kind of subjects may prove high scoring in a particular year!

Rest of the combination seems good!
