I only said that people may have preferences different than what dear dr.adnan termed a natural order, because they may personally want that for themselves. This proves that there is no "natural order", and what looks like it is actually combination of two things: crowd/impulse following (through a hypothetical construct that DMG and PSP are best because everyone else says so), or, genuine aspiration for power, prestige, and authority etc (of a certain style) by an informed decision (which is completely okay, but just that preference with respect to this concern does not make it "natural' for everyone, even though majority may do it.). what i mentioned above is only the tip of the iceberg.when we were transfered to karachi rto we didnt get salary for 3 months
our T.A.D.A bills are still not passed after 5 months
we did not have any telephone facility in office we call the taxpayer through our personal mobile.
we do not get any double salary and still they is no any hope
to get it in near future.

brother what you are revealing is very shocking.i simply love irs.one can manage without perks,previliges but what to do if they are not providing you with office,staff,pay etc.i know some cspz of postal services and wahan to itna bura haal nahee hai.

practicle field is totally different from ideal feelings of probationers and css aspirants.you said that one can manage without perk and previledges,how??? can anyone manage his house as well as office expenditures @ Rs25000 per month.
After eid when we came to our offices nearly 50 people(peons,sweepers,gaurds,liftman etc) came to us for eidi.we felt very ashamed that we Grade 17 officers could not give a single penny to them.
