I must say it a healthy activity.
A number of cssforum friends called me about the matter. I was busy in official assignments for last many days. So, couldn't share my point of view.
I am Mazhar Hayat, (CSS-2009)/OMG, the petitioner against the Government of Pakistan (Establishment Division and the Prime Minister) for the 284 irregular inductions in my group. Islamabad High Court has issued orders to stop these inductions till final decision.

I am really impressed by you people for having a lot of information about the OMG, its vacancy position and offer of seats by the Estab. Division each year to the CSS qualified candidates.

Your grievances are sufficient enough to consult Court. You have chances of being listened and given relief by the court.

Dear, I think you applied for "in-service promotional exam seats" in OMG. According to my information, there was no such petition in Estab. Division by CSS officers. Your case, i.e. Section Officer Promotional Exam, is different from the direct recruitment in OMG through CSS.

Lastly, if you people are interested to consult court for your right, then move in a united way. You may use this forum as Coordination Point.

I have come to know about this thread from some friends and wanted to share my thoughts.
I agree to what Mr.Mazhar Hayat said.One should utilize any all forums if his/her right has been infringed. There are chances.

The optimist is often as wrong as pessimist but he is far happier So I think you should give it a try ,who knows

There are many such examples and these people are major cause of bad governance as deputationists are always ready to accommodate otherwise they themselves will not be accommodated. We are in service for the past three years and we have filed three petitions and are going to file 2 more soon to oust all such people and give CSS officers their due right.We are very optimistic about it.

As per my info Mr.Amjad Saeed section officer in litigation wing establishment division has recived some applications from Human Rights Cell Supreme court

This is to make it crystal clear that i am shafqat Abbas( 37th CTP OMG)and currently posted as section officer Cabinet Division Islamabad. for the first time in my life, i m using CSS forum just to furnish my clarification regarding the advice of a guru posted at Senior Level in Establishment Division.Basically i am a techno illiterate person having no expertise of computer, I.T and even i am not on the face book. Above mentioned guru has utilized my name in the wrong manner by posting a message on css forum under the heading of Shafqat Abbas.this is tantamount to provision of cyber crime regulations as per Laws of the Land.
So, i will advise the senior guru, at establishment division to refrain from utilizing my name in such a ridiculous manner. Otherwise, i reserve every right to knock at the doors of Cyber Crime wing of Federal Investigation Agency Islamabad.if some body is desirous to advise the non allocated candidates of CSS, he must do it in his own name and avoid such a coward practice.
on the other hand, being a commoner of Office Management Group, I am supportive of all the moves taken for the betterment of the group as per Rules/Policies of the Government.
I have registered myself on Css forum today, for the first time just to furnish my clarification in this regard.
