I am going for it. you can not imagine the depression and agony from which I suffered when I was not allocated and after this when we see that around 300 people who are favourites and cronies, are being given your place, you will feel yourself a stranger in this country.I will fight, even if I lose, I will have no regrets that I didn't challenge the culprits.Atleast, it will be a warning for them and they will not play with the future of many like us.

If you have read my above posts carefully then you must know I am myself an effectee of allocation in OMG. I alongwith my fellows tried our level best to convince ED to allocate us, ED sought advice from Fpsc in this connection but Fpsc tendered its advice in negative with the view that it will set a bad precedent in future. We filed a petition in IHC but it was not accepted by the then chief justice of IHC. Then we sue the case in services tribunal but it gave its verdict in ED, s favour.
We presented before services tribunal all the facts and figures in support of our case as five of my fellows are serving in ED while representative of ED was also agree with our stance.
In above posts, I just asked mr Shafqat that if SC has really accepted petitions as claimed by him then we also like to file petition in SC for our own sake but that man has not guided us properly and the man he has mentioned in his post doesn't exist in the litigation wing of ED.

I am amazed at only one thing that y r u our well wisher in this particular case and insisting us not to go to court.

Strange Hashmi sb. this induction summary was approved on 16-3-2013 and you say that you were its effectee in 2011.There is restraining order on this induction and even these unallocated can become party. If you want, you can also contact the petitioner and try.And even CSS OMG officers have also approached supreme court and they will kick these people out of secretariat. So, let people fight if they can.

I am also amazed to know from your side that I am not in favour of knocking the doors of court.
Our case was of different nature but much more stronger than this one as we were just 27 candidates who were not allocated and more than 100 seats were lying vacant of our quota.
Dear, I urge all the non-allocated candidates to go to court for their legitimate right but with no false promises. If your petition will be accepted in SC than inshallah, we shall file petition for our allocation.

Really mr Shafqat, I am unable to comment upon your good approach, if you take little pain and look at my profile then you will know that I am a police officer and I have nothing to do with those recent political inductees.
And sorry to say if you really familiar with OMG then you must be aware of mode of induction in OMG. Please have a look at the FAQ of OMG.

As far as I know, PSP is top priority of CSS candidates and you are leaving this to join OMG. Secondly, I know the case of OMG promotional batch 2010 which was rejected but that case is far different from this one. I very well know the modes of recruitment in OMG and I also know the people who have spoiled this group.We are trying and I hope you will join us.This induction is being done against CSS quota and there is no such induction against promotional quota so SOPE people are not effectees. The issue is not of passing an examination and nonallocation because of falling behind in merit as was the case in SOPE 2010.The issue is of nonallocation of qualifiers for adjusting political appointees as is the case right now.Also have a look at the OMG constitution, only specified people are eligible for promotional examination and no ex-cadre like ICT police etc.

I am not a Psp officer and please go through the constitution of OMG once again to know which police department is eligible for induction in OMG.
Anyway wish you good luck for this noble cause and you and all other non-allocated may get the fruit of their handwork.

i am going to file a petition in supreme court of Pakistan if anybody likes to join me, he/she would be heartily welcomed.
