Yes you are right but here in the essay you have to treat them as opportunity. When one faces difficult situation, one must take it as an opportunity and get success out of that difficult situation. This is what I have been able to understand from the phrase.

In actual examination try to avoid such topics. These type of topics are too general in nature that one can hardly guess what approach of attempt will please the examiner.

Make another outline and upload it.
