This is an other good topic:
Terrorism is the production of the human society itself.

TITLE:
HUMAN SOUL IS BLEEDING DESPITE HAVING ALL THE LUXURIES OF LIFE Thesis: Material things have failed to compensate for the spiritual and social needs of mankind. Rough outline: [A] Introduction [B] Wounds of human soul(to the point) [C] Inability of material things to heal such wounds(good) [D] The cure to the human suffering (the word cure does not explain the situation, you may write 'healing the pains of soul' [E] Conclusion Introduction: An abundance of information is available on the internet, yet seldom one knows the name of one's neighbour.( Once there was hope in the form of religion.) it does not fit here Today, man doesn't have a mentor or a guide. A distance of thousand miles can be travelled in hours, but the destiny is unknown. In short, human soul is bleeding despite having all the luxuries of life. There's no denial that life has become easier in terms of its tangible hardships, but the pain and misery felt by intangible wounds is also boundless. These are hard times - harsh on our inner selves. The shortsightedness has led humanity to a phase in history when it has to earn the luxuries of life by letting go its soul piece by piece. In fact, every man and woman, in the guise of healthy flesh and blood, carries an injured soul. This essay, therefore, revolves around the thesis that material things have failed to compensate for the spiritual and social needs of mankind. a good and attractive introduction writing quote can make your stance clear but what you think, adding it is a necessity or if you can clear your stance without it then its addition is not a must. from the trend of past 3 years, it can be gauged that paper will have only 1 or 2 current affairs topic. the rest of the topics will be literary and creative. |

The United Nations in the 21st Century: Obligations and Limitations.
Outline: Introduction: The United Nations is in dire need of reforms to tackle the enormous challenges it faces today. Formation of the United Nations( do not discuss the history of formation, its composition and structure , they are not being asked) Obligations of the United Nations in the light of UN charter Challenges to the UN in 21st century • Transnational terrorism • Human rights violations • Nuclear proliferation • Climate change • Prevailing conflicts such as Kashmir and Palestine • Proxy wars (especially between Iran and KSA) • Rising nationalism( what are you talking about, Arab nationalism? Limitations of the UN • UNSC: veto power and composition • Funding • Non-binding resolutions of UNGA • No enforcement agency • International law Recommendations ( writing 7 pargraphs for recommendations is not fine, try to concise, 3 or 4 points but comprehensive are enough) • Reforms in UNSC • Mandatory contribution for the UN fund • Binding resolutions of UNGA • Formation of an enforcement agency • More democratic structure • Amendments in UN charter Conclusion: good attempt, clear and to the point |

Adding a qoute at the beginning is certainly a good idea. I didn't add one here because I didn't know one. I agree most of the essays will be creative and literary. But one can pass the exam by going after any topic. Even those topics which are common and everyone may attempt them can give you passing marks because most of the people will write irrelevant stuff in a disorganized way. So choose the one in which you have genuine interest. Write in an understandable way and that's it. Sent from my SM-N900 using Tapatalk

these are the internal issues of the state; UN according to its charter cannot interfere in internal issues.
