the size of printed form is small i am having difficulty in filling it . is there any way to increase the size of the form?
and do we have to paste picture on the front page or just staple down all four pix with the form ?
at point 14 the education record we should start from matriculation right ?
and is it alright if we dont write exact date of announcement of resuult?
please reply

can we attest documents to any 17th grade officer ?
try landscape mode while printing as recommended by fpsc
yes start from matric ,date of result must be correctly written usually marks sheet issued right after result have date of result so see it from there
yes one picture on the front age and three to be stapled

afifa904 Wednesday, October 23, 2013 01:45 PM

I dont have the graduation degree at this time,,, only result card is available,,,
but i have my masters degree,,,,
Is it okay to send a masters degree along with the result card of graduation?
secondly,,,,,
Is it necessory to attest the printed form from a bs-17 officer?

Yes, you can send masters degree alongwith the result card of graduation, but you need to apply for your bachelors degree because FPSC will ask about your graduation degree later on.

There is no need to attest the printed form.
Photocopies of documents should be attested by a class-I officer.

The Viper Wednesday, October 23, 2013 01:51 PM

only copies of documents and picture need attestation no need for form attestation
its better if you find your graduation degree and send its attested copy as form checklist mentions not result card or marksheet copy of degree
follow sir vetdoctor's advice

makj Wednesday, October 23, 2013 03:05 PM

checklist says photographs should ba attested from back , but we have to paste one pic on the front page so aren't we suppose to atteset that particular photo from front ?
and attestation includes name , father name, stamp, signature of attesting person, and write "attested" ?

makj Wednesday, October 23, 2013 03:09 PM
what if result of graduation is to come in december? so registration for the year cannot be done??
without result declaration a person is not graduate yet , so he cant apply.

The candidates from fata usually enjoy some concession in their admission fees...can any body here confirm as whether any such practice is being followed by FPSC in regard to CSS admission fee since I have heard that a candidate from fata had to pay 1/4th of total registration fee... And if FPSC do extend such a favour, what is needed from the beneficiary/candidate to make a claim?

Admission fee is same for all candidates in case of CSS examination because it is a competitive examination. You can ask from the concerned authorities for confirmation.

Avoid use of netspeak. Kindly read Form Rules carefully and abide by them.

Attest 4 photos on backside, and then after this paste one on the first page of the form and staple the remaining 3 photos with the form, on its number according to the checklist.
thats it.

I have applied online, and printed out the computer-generated form.
The website says that for the online applicants there is a relaxation of 10 days for sending the documents and form. Is that so ?
Means if I send the form and documents after 5th of nov, will it be accepted ? as I'm waiting for a document of mine which I might get in the 1st week of november.

agentontheduty Wednesday, October 23, 2013 11:39 PM

seniors please help me.
while applying online, my application's print-out shows that:

1. my address is written twice in same columns, should i correct it or let it go?

2. i left PAF, through proper channel, few years ago having a service of only one month; now, am i supposed to submit NOC or just a copy of discharge certificate?

3. in column 23, order of my brothers and sisters is little bit disturbed, should it be corrected?

Yes dear there is 10 days relaxation but the thing is one must have applied before closing date as this relaxation is given because many of candidates send their application by Pakistan Post and it takes time for such posts to reach their destination.. Considering this fact FPSC has given this compensation for those who apply online as after applying you already get your application form number...

but I would suggest you to send your application right away and check "no" for the doc you don't have at the moment...
Has anyone noticed that the page number 8,10 and 12 are missing in the application forn that can be downnload? Can anybody help me about it?
Do explore a few previous thread's pages before asking anything...

Someone told me that FPSC would ask me after a while to send them the remaining documents, so I though of sending them right away the very first time. Well any reason backing your suggestion ? Is there some sort of risk in sending the form later on ?

Well dear you don't know what comes next, so its better to submit the form right now than to wait for the docs, you really don't know if you, suppose, send the application on 7th or even 8th nov there is no guarantee it will reach FPSC at or before 10th Nov because you don't know what comes next so as a precautionary measure you should send the application right away...

and yes FPSC would ask for docs not submitted... after commencement of exam..

someone replied here that ''yes'' to both NOC & discharge certificate.:blink
But FPSC asked me to submit only
=>discharge certificate's copy:happy:.

not NOC, which is only for in-servce personnel.

this forum is really as cooperative as one's own family but people looking for authentic information need to verify some of their tricky queries at FPSC helpline number 051111000248; they are also very cooperative.

It was me who replied "yes" but that answer was to your other two questions of editing your application and not to this one.... and I also referred you to see my previous posts for editing your application in MS Word.
