In a nutshell how do I attach documents ?
Yes number them after 7. Like, 8 for TR, 9 for pics and so on.
Staple your pics+TR+CNIC on the front of your form and remaining documents after the last page of your form.

If you can see your pic on that specific page, then you have no issue. It means, your pic is according to the size they mentioned.

As a matter of fact, I know I can't use gum-stick I am bound to use a stapler but that wasn't my question.

Stay blessed.

Haha this is funny. Actually, he took your question the other way. Two sides of a coin, you know.

Since I have submitted my application prior to the announcement of result. So, I left the previous attempts section empty and then in the printed form I wrote result awaiting. Now, would this difference (between printed and online form) lead me to rejection of my application?

Dear they have themselves asked candidates to rectify errors by pen because many errors are caused by their pathetic online application system. So don't worry about these minor errors and about the option of "Result awaited", your application was submitted before the result was announced, so that also goes into FPSC's bucket... And it won't cause rejection of your application...

It is perfectly fine provided it shows your face clearly.

You've to attach your matric certificate along with rest documents as it is clearly mentioned that honorable FPSC won't accept provisional certificate and marks sheet. By the way how did you manage to get admission in masters as you don't have matric certificate ? Its incredible. Don't worry still you've 9 days you should go and apply for it today.

Best of luck and stay blessed.
