This part of Domicile has written beneath this title as " Certificate of Domicile".

Other parts have title as either "FORM D" or "FORM C", and beneath that is written "Certificate".

This is three part Domicile Certificate issued here in Sindh.... I suppose it is the same for all other provinces too.

No bro, it is an NWFP (KPK) domicile. Domicile is written in a large font on the top and below is my statement with the confirmation of the District Revenue Officer. It has a background of Pakistani flag. My photo is also attached on the top right corner. On the back side, it has the same statement but in Urdu and the District ACO has signed and stamped it with his statement. Its size is A4 in landscape orientation.

Attested copy of self domicile certificate


This is something ridiculous attitude of FPSC.

FPSC should have clearly mentioned what kind of domicile they want to digest? They should have been specify it.

Why are they not enlist things clearly ? It shows their ginormous conceit towards candidates. I protest against such bizarre arrogance from FPSC and I condemn it...It is the dire need of the hour that FPSC should reform itself in a sophisticated and professional way....
