Dear i want to know the explaination of " Introduce yourself " in interview, i mean to know is introduction means to tell your name or tell your whole introduction , occupations and background of your family.

Introduction means to tell about urself, ur educational background, ur family, ur job, etc.,

Genral asked me to introduce myself and tell them about my family

Here is the catch. All this info about oneself is already in front of them in the form of soooo many forms that the candidates have been filling and submitting repeatedly since the time of initial application. So for obvious reason, there have no intrerest in knowing it again. They want to know as to why does one think he or she is best suited for the available positions. Afterall it is a job interview. The whole point of this interview obviously is not to judge you, but to see how closely one's capabilities match their requirements. So the introduction should be used to highlight those points about oneself that best fit the requirements for the choices they make.

Punjabis should not retaliate in the same way. they should try to know the reasons behind the actions of baluchis and find solutions through negotiations and dialogue....

- if only a handful in our society are responsible for apreading the hate material, then gentleman, it means our entire foreigh policy is being dictated only by this handful of miscreants

- Is our F Policy two tilited towards west. should there be a strategic shift from our alginment with the west.

NIE and north korea nuclear disarmament (why do i consider these important as international events)

My answer revolved around Global peace in general and regional peace in particular. Incase of NIE on Iran, any misadventure on part of israel or USA and IRan's reeponse for that matter could have led to turmoil in the region and would hamper pakistan's stability too in the western parts (balochistan etc). this NIE would surely force USA and other opponents of Iran's nuclear prog to rethink thir strategy and find a diplomatic solution to their issues. In case of north korea, it was a prime example of diplomacy prevailing over force and peaceful resolution to the conflicts. Can act as a precendent for other issues too.

thanx every one for ur prayers.i was away from the web for good couple of months that xplains my late reply.i have been allocated in c&t group i hav posted the acceptance letter today.i m getting mix response regarding this group and few have discouraged my move to put c&t over income tax.however ther r many who say i did the rite thing only time will prove if my decision was rite or wrong, i suppose.
i met an income tax officer a week back and he informed me that income tax group is all powerfull again with reference to its powers regarding tax collection as the self assesment policy has been wrapped up.
if any one has any idea regarding c& t do inform.
