Psychologists do overrate themselves. But that's not the story

Last year 2 guys were forced into FSP despite good score in written and splendid viva, psychologists claim that they were behind-the-scene. One of them was Awais from Faislabad and second one was a guy from UET Lahore who was active member of the debating society of his uni

Awais's viva was splendid? I read it, it was just average. Are you a qualifier or have prior experience?

Compare his viva with top 30 candidates and you'll find his viva splendid. Prior experience

After 'Hegel's Dialectical Materialism' which was actually Marx's and explaining Dialectical method instead of it as well as not being able to justify your favorite book and instead just enumerating criticisms of it without responding to them, that interview can't be called splendid. And I have compared them already and based my views after meeting a former panelist. Anyway, thanks for your opinion.

do the psychologists conduct the interview in urdu or in english?

Mixed. But mostly in Urdu.

Can anyone guide me in filling these forms required on psychological test day.
Specially the security form has asked so many details.

I don't know the exact details of the place of birth. Except that it was Islamabad and my father is deceased and i barely think my mother would remember the exact street house No etc being a primary educated housewife.

Similarly what about this Assets part? Are they asking for assets on our names? Or it also includes assets in the name of our parents?

Further is it necessary to attach 4 photos on all four copies of security forms?

In addition to that what does "Type of school" means in the educational profile forms?

Again I don't remember the "fee Structure" required here.

I know for some of you these might be petty and small details and foolish questions. But still as its my first experience and there is no one experienced around for guidance so I thought its better to ask you people, who are usually much aware.
