well the love 4 the subject forced me to drop in (same reason made mercantile law my optional subject)
first of all i would love to share few things 4rm my experience of preparing it for css
1.always consult at least two quality books for preparation of topics (4 case study 2 3 quality books would be good)
2.mostly students having studied business law at graduation nd master level opt this subject but the dynamics of the syllabus here are different companies ordinance 1984 being a bright example of it
3.selective study is never the best option when you want to achieve good marks
4.try to prepare short notes in bullet style for quick revision (day or two before exam ) for through revision select one book
the key in this subject is the language nd logic so be careful about it as it serves like double edged sword
Hope you guys give your best nd perform exceptionally well in this subject for any kind of queries or discussion regarding any topic of the subject i would be more than happy to answer

absolutely right Cheema though extensively used at grad levels fails to serve the purpose (at least for me ) try consulting the following books
M.C.Kucchel (first reading of the book may prove tough but if u get along well with book then its good for both language nd logic
Luqman Baig a student friendly book

for company law u need to purchase separate book by any good author or can consult companies ordinance
as per my experience for theoretical portion a book on company law by a good author serves well nd 4 objective consulting companies ordinance

@Sadat110: Honestly these all topics are included in syllabus, when you will come across objective portion the reality would be realized. You can consult 2008 paper Q#8.

TheUniter: Yes Company ordinance 1984 is missing. Cheema's book is no doubt is very comprehensible for those having first time shaking this subject. Obviously we have to some consult some other books.

@GameAwan: Rightly said, I agreed. As one observe the current scenario of ML paper, it is going to be straight forward rather complicated Questions. As you can follow this trend from 2007 to onward.

As the issue of other books you can follow GameAwan.
