@Zohaib786: Yes it is for B.com, M.com, ACMA and CA but also helpful for CSS, after having it done go to Luqman Baig's book.

one question shrd. how will you cover syllabus of the co ord.1984?in other words, how will you define syllabus of co.ord and which topics will you cover?

brother in law of contract we have to remember the particular sections mean, we have to code it in papers or just give the reference.

yes.i think providing sections is not necessary nut if one gives sections it would be a plus point.

Yes brother we must share knowledge so that we can capitalize on knowledge of one another. For now i have a question. I was solving past papers but the few questions could not be found in any book.

Q7. Write a comprehencive note on the relations of partners to one another.(From CE-2011).
Q6. State the rules for determining partner’s mutual relations.explain fully.(From CE-2010).

Please provide some references.

following is covered under relation of partners to one another

1.General duties of partners to one another
2. Duty to indemnify for loss caused by fraud
3. Determination of rights and duties of partners by
contract between the partners.
4. The conduct of the business
5. Mutual rights and liabilities
6. The property of the firm.
7. Application of the property of the firm
8. Personal profits named by partners
9. Rights and duties of partners

about your second question here is my opinion..

mutual relationship i.e reciprocal relationship between partners is of an agent and principal so everything coming under this or arising because of this mutual relation should be discussed here..
